In Progress Tests

The In Progress tab displays breath tests that have not been finalized.  Non-finalized tests are listed on the left side of the application.  Selecting a patient will display the current data and progress of the test on the right side of the application.  Data entry for each sample may be added or edited within this screen.  Click Add to insert additional samples or click delete to remove samples.

Inserting Errors from BreathTracker analyzer.
(OVR, MAX, TOO HIGH)

Select the specific cell within the Data Entry screen to enter error codes displayed by the BreathTracker analyzer.  Once the cell is selected, click the OVR, MAX or TOO HIGH buttons to insert the error message into the specific cell.  It is important to match the BreathTracker error message to the specific cell within the data entry screen.

Skip Samples

To skip a sample, select the data entry line and click on the Skip button.  The entire line will then be disabled. To undo a skipped sample, select the sample line and click Unskip.

Finalize Test

After all data entry for the breath test is complete, click Finalize to complete the test and generate a PDF report.  Print and/or save the PDF as you normally would in your PDF application software.  View, reopen, and regenerate reports from finalized tests from the Reports tab.  Any test reopened will require notes to be entered and will require it to be finalized again to close.  Previous PDF reports generated for a specific test are not overwritten.

Understanding Reports

Each report will contain patient information, pre-test notes, pre-test symptoms, in-test notes and symptoms, numerical values for each breath sample entered in DataTracker, and a graphical representation of the numerical values.  Any breath samples which were skipped or contained an error from the breath analyzer appear as a dashed line; indicating that the sample was not valid and is not being considered for review.
