Where to send your breath test when complete.
If you have purchased a Home Breath Test Kit directly from the website, use the prepaid shipping label included within the test kit. If you do not wish to use the prepaid mailing label or have lost it, please ship your test kit to:

Please ensure your test kit is returned within 14 days from collection for accurate results.
If you have received your kit elsewhere, you must send it to the facility that provided it to you.
All returns must be authorized by QuinTron prior to receipt. Products must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Authorization are valid for 30 calendar days. Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) may be arranged by calling Customer Service at 1-800-542-4448 or 1-414-645-4222 or by contact your sales representative directly. Unauthorized returns may be returned to customer at customer’s expense, destroyed by QuinTron at QuinTron’s discretion, or subject to additional charges without credit being issued to customer.
To obtain a RMA, the following information must be provided for each return:
Customer Name & Address
Customer Account Number
Original PO number or original QuinTron order number
Lot number and expiration date (where applicable) of each product
Issuance of RMA number does not guarantee credit. Credit issuance is dependent on confirmed receipt/review of returned products and is subject to other terms of this policy.
The following conditions will not be considered for return.
Product purchased more than 90 days prior to return request.
Products considered Hazardous Materials (e.g. QuinGas).
Packs broken, breached or damaged.
Special or custom products made to customer specifications or sold as non-returnable.
- Products with less than 6 months shelf life remaining based on expiration dates.
Products Shipped in Error by QuinTron
Customer must notify QuinTron of any shipping errors or disputes within 5 business days of receipt.
Product shipped in error by QuinTron are returnable for full credit, provided such returns are made within thirty (30) days of receipt. After thirty (30) days the Restocking Fee Schedule Applies.

Orders may be placed via the Online Store (24 hours a day), Telephone (1-800-542-4448 or 1-414-645-4222) (Monday - Friday 9am-4pm CST), or via Fax at 1-414-645-3484. Orders received after 2pm CST are not eligible for same day shipping and will be processed the following business day.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment forms accepted: Check, Money Order, Credit Card. If you have an established account with QuinTron directly, you must log into your online ordering account www.breathtests.com/qtorder in order to place orders. Contact us directly at 414-645-4222 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your account.
Pricing is subject to change without warning, we do not offer price matching since our products and services are unique.
If a promotion is available, you have the option to take advantage of it at the time of ordering.
Once an order is placed, no further changes can be made unless the order has not been shipped to you already.
To cancel and order, please call us at 414-645-4222. If the order has already been tendered for shipment, you may be responsible for restock fees.
Insurance: If your intention as a customer is to submit for reimbursement from your insurance provider, please be advised that insurance providers may reject your claim for reimbursement. This can be due to multiple reasons, not limited to just the following conditions: BreathTrackers, Inc. who is analyzing trace gas values in the breath sample provided and: is not providing medical advice, is not a certified lab with CLIA and/or CMS. Purchasing the tests from an online store does not constitute medical advice from a licensed practitioner. BreathTrackers/QuinTron or its employees are not involved with insurance carriers and does not insist that consumers attempt to submit their test for insurance reimbursement. We provide the tests at reasonable prices to accommodate consumers paying out-of-pocket. If you prefer to have your insurance cover the test, it is advised you speak with your insurance provider and have the test performed through a doctor's office or hospital which can adequately provide your insurance provider with the necessary information to successfully cover the test.
Updating Account Information
Keeping your account information up to date is a great way to stay informed about new products, promotions, services or special announcements. To do so, log into your account and confirm your account information is current and contains the best way to contact you. Our typical communication is via e-mail. We do not solicit via telephone or text. Your phone number is only used for billing, shipping and in the event we need to speak with you about an order or test result. Your personal information is kept private and is not shared with any third-party companies.
